What are your candles made from?
Our candles are handcrafted using carefully selected candle waxes and fragrance materials. Many designs use natural soy wax, while some styles may also contain decorative gel wax layers or other wax elements. Please check the individual product page for the exact materials used in each design.
How long will my candle burn, and how should I care for it?
Burn time varies depending on the candle's size, wax composition, wick and design. Please check the individual product page for its estimated burn time. Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 0.5 cm, place the candle on a heat-resistant surface and do not burn it for longer than four hours at a time.
Are decorative candles safe to burn?
Decorative candles should be used with the same care as any other candle. Decorative wax pieces may melt differently as the candle burns, so always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. U.S. orders receive free shipping and generally arrive within 5–10 business days after the 1–3 business day processing period. Shipping fees for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary. Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships.
Are your candles suitable for gifting?
Yes. Our candles are thoughtfully designed for birthdays, holidays, housewarmings, self-care and other meaningful occasions. Every order is carefully packaged to help it arrive safely and ready for gifting. Please check the product page for any additional gift items included with a specific candle.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within seven days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the information and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund according to our store policies.
