Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

    • Standard Shipping: Free over $80

    • Orders under $80: $7.99

    • Express shipping: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, customers are responsible for reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos (for damaged items).

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
